Over the last two decades, they have pioneered five successful start-up organizations, including two non-profit corporations and three ministries. They pioneered and helped oversee campus ministries at San Joaquin Delta College, University of the Pacific, and UC Berkeley where they saw God transform the lives of hundreds of young people. In 2008, they founded Innovation School of Transformation, a training school that focuses on mentoring and developing students to carry Kingdom principles into both business and ministry as well as planted a church in Stockton, Ca., where they pastored for ten years. Because of their diverse background in business, consulting, pastoring, and teaching, the Gonzales’ are now highly sought-after speakers who carry insightful and inspiring messages that bring healing and transformation.

Additionally, as a skilled web developer and graphic designer, he enjoys utilizing his prophetic gifting in helping individuals and organizations improve their brand and web presence.

Deseree graduated from Sacramento State University in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration and she has utilized the knowledge she has gained by working alongside her husband, Matt, in prophetic consulting and counseling. In addition to being supermom to her four amazing children, Des is a business partner and specializes in business development and organizational structure. In her spare time, she loves to create beauty in everything she sees which is clearly seen in her incredible gift and talent with interior design.
